How to use DZF-6000 vacuum Drying Oven

1. Put the items to be dried into the vacuum Drying Oven, close the door, close the air release valve, and open the vacuum valve.

2. Connect the air duct at the back of the vacuum drying box to the Vacuum Pump with a vacuum rubber tube, turn on the power of start pumping air. When the indicated value of the vacuum gauge reaches 0.1Mpa, close the vacuum valve, and then close the power switch of the Vacuum Pump .

3. Turn the power switch of the vacuum Drying Oven to "ON", select the desired set temperature, and the temperature in the oven will start to rise. When the temperature in the oven is close to the set temperature, the heating indicator light will turn on and off, repeating many times , generally within 120 minutes, the shelf level enters a constant temperature state.

4. When the required working temperature is low, the second setting method can be adopted. For example, if the required working temperature is 60 degrees, the first time can be set to 50 degrees. Set it at 60 degrees, which can reduce or even eliminate the phenomenon of temperature overshoot, and enter the constant temperature state as soon as possible.

5. Choose different drying times according to the different humidity levels of different items. If the drying time is too long, the vacuum degree will drop, and the vacuum degree needs to be pumped again to restore the vacuum degree. The Vacuum Pump motor switch should be turned on first, and then the vacuum valve should be opened .

6. After drying, turn off the power first, turn the air release valve to release the vacuum in the box, and then open take out the items.

7. When the vacuum box does not need to pump air continuously, the vacuum valve should be closed first, and then the power supply of the Vacuum Pump motor should be turned off, otherwise the Vacuum Pump oil will be poured into the box.
