How to use ZK-82A electric heating vacuum Drying Oven

Instructions:

1. Connect the vacuum box and the suction port of the Vacuum Pump with a rubber tube.

2. Put the items on the sample shelf in the studio, and there should be a certain distance between the items so that they can be heated evenly. Then close the door and tighten the door lock.

3. Close the intake valve, open the exhaust valve, turn on the power switch of the Vacuum Pump, the vacuum box can be vacuumed, and the vacuum gauge on the vacuum box can display the vacuum degree at that time.

4. When the vacuum box is in a vacuum state, the heating temperature can be set arbitrarily within the range of the working temperature (room temperature plus .

5. After the vacuum box is connected to the power supply, you can turn on the two sets of heating switches, and then turn the thermostat knob clockwise to 10 index. At this time, the temperature in the box starts to rise, and the indicator light is on.

6. When the temperature rises to the desired working temperature, turn the thermostat knob counterclockwise until the indicator light then fine-tune until the indicator light turns on again. The place where this indicator light turns on and off alternately is the constant temperature fixed point.

7. When the temperature is constant, one group of heating switches can be turned off, and only one group of electric heaters are left to work, so as to avoid excessive power and affect the constant temperature fluctuation.

8. After the temperature is constant, it can be kept constant for a certain period of time according to the needs of the test. After constant temperature, the temperature automatically controlled by the temperature controller without manual adjustment.

9. Do not be too hasty when taking out the processed items. Open the air valve first, and gradually put in air to open the box door to prevent the pressure gauge from being damaged by impact.

10. During the working process of the vacuum box, the door of the box cannot be opened at will, and it is strictly forbidden for objects to hit the liquid and splash on the surface of the observation window to prevent accidents.

11. Note: The average load of the sample shelf is 15kg. When placing items, do not overcrowd or overload them. Items cannot be placed at the bottom of the studio . It is strictly forbidden to put inflammable and volatile items.
