Operation points of SX2 box resistance furnace

1. Insert the thermocouple into the furnace through the small hole of the thermocouple holder, and block the gap between the hole and the thermocouple with asbestos rope.

2. Uncover the cover of the electrical control box, and connect the power supply, electric furnace, thermocouple and furnace door safety switch with wires. The red wire is connected to the positive pole, and the blue wire is connected to the negative pole.

3. After checking that the wiring of each part is correct, you can turn on the power to heat up.

Precautions:

1. When the electric furnace is used for the first time or is used again after long-term inactivity, oven drying is required. First raise the resistance furnace from room temperature to 200, and after 4 hours of constant temperature, you need to open the furnace door to remove moisture, and then raise it from 200 to 600, after 4 hours of constant temperature.

2. When the electric furnace is used, the furnace temperature must not exceed the rated temperature, so as not to damage the heating element. It is forbidden to directly pour various liquids and molten metal into the furnace . The iron filings and oxides in the furnace should be removed frequently to ensure the cleanliness of the furnace.
