Application Scope and Selection Method of Film Thickness Measurement

Abstract: 本文探讨了漆膜厚度测定的方法及其适用范围,并提出了合理的选用方法。测定漆膜厚度时需考虑测定场合(实验室或现场)、底材类型(金属、木材、玻璃)以及表面状况(平整、粗糙、曲面)等因素,同时需关注漆膜状态(干态或湿态)。此外,漆膜厚度对涂料性能测试具有重要影响:干燥后漆膜厚度应在(1.8 ±0.3) mm范围内,若超出标准范围,可能导致附着力差、硬度低、耐划伤性能下降等问题。文章还强调了在漆膜制备过程中需检查表面结皮情况,并确保涂层均匀性以避免出现桔皮起皱或针孔现象。

At present, there are various methods and instruments for measuring the thickness of paint film, and the occasion (laboratory or field), substrate (metal, wood, glass), surface condition (flat, rough, curved surface) and paint film thickness should be considered when selecting the method. Film state (dry, wet) and other factors, so that the detection equipment can be used reasonably and the test accuracy can be improved.

Influence of paint film thickness on coating performance test

In the coating performance test, the thickness of the paint film is the key. Taking mechanical paint as an example, the thickness of the paint film after drying is within the range of (1 8 ± 3) forest m according to the standard.
