A good exposure is an important output of holographic technology. The units of exposure in photometry and radiometry are different. The unit of exposure in photometry is lx s, and the unit in radiometry is μJ. /cm2. Wang Yong and other scholars' paper "A Simple Method for Measuring Exposure with an Illuminometer" introduced the conversion relationship between the two units, and realized the use of an illuminance meter (lx) to measure the exposure with μJ/cm 2 as the measurement unit. .  It has been verified by experiments, and the measurement results are very close to the reference values, and the experimental results are satisfactory.

The experiment is to use He-Ne laser (λ=632.8 nm) and three kinds of domestic silver halide dry plates to do verification experiments. In the experiment, two beams of collimated light were used to shoot the transmission grating symmetrically, and the optimal exposure was determined by measuring the diffraction efficiency. The results were compared .
