The consistency of the cathode coating weight has a great influence on the quality of the lamp tube. In the coating process of electron emission materials, at present, most domestic manufacturers of compact fluorescent lamps do not have special stretching equipment, but rely on manual operations, so that the consistency of the weight of the emission materials coated on the cathode filaments cannot be achieved. Requirements, effective decomposition and reasonable activation of cathode emitter materials cannot be guaranteed. If the decomposition of ternary carbonate is not effective, the initial luminous flux of the lamp tube will be reduced, and the lumen maintenance rate of the lamp tube will be deteriorated. If the emissive material coating is activated too much, the activity of the coating will be reduced due to sintering; if the active material in the emissive material evaporates excessively, the cathode part will be blackened, the cathode life will also be shortened, and the initial luminous flux of the lamp will be reduced. .
