Abstract: 本文探讨了磁力搅拌器在阴极涂覆工艺中的应用及其对涂层质量的影响。阴极涂层重量的一致性对灯管品质具有重要影响,而国内大多数紧凑型荧光灯生产企业缺乏专用绷丝设备,导致涂层重量不一致,影响发射材料的分解和激活效果。文章提出,磁力搅拌器因其传动扭距大、启动电流小、运行平稳等优点,特别适合用于搅拌有毒或腐蚀性液体,能够有效提高涂层均匀性和稳定性。通过优化磁力搅拌器的参数(如搅拌速度和时间),可以显著改善阴极涂覆工艺的效果,从而保证涂层重量的一致性,提升发射材料的激活效率和分解效果,延长灯管寿命并提高光通量。

In the coating process of electron emission materials, at present, most domestic manufacturers of compact fluorescent lamps do not have special stretching equipment, but rely on manual operations, so that the consistency of the weight of the emission materials coated on the cathode filaments cannot be achieved. Requirements, effective decomposition and reasonable activation of cathode emitter materials cannot be guaranteed. If the decomposition of ternary carbonate is not effective, the initial luminous flux of the lamp tube will be reduced, and the lumen maintenance rate of the lamp tube will be deteriorated. If the emissive material coating is activated too much, the activity of the coating will be reduced due to sintering; if the active material in the emissive material evaporates excessively, the cathode part will be blackened, the cathode life will also be shortened, and the initial luminous flux of the lamp will be reduced. .
