Abstract: 本文以聚醋装置中的醋化反应釜磁力搅拌器为例,介绍了其内部结构和工作原理。分析了该设备在运行过程中常见的轴承磨损及小颗粒堵塞等故障,并提出了相应的解决措施。主要问题包括物料产生小颗粒堵塞轴承润滑孔、轴承磨损加剧以及腐蚀性液体对轴承的损害等。为减少设备故障,文章建议增加过滤系统,在轴承内表面开设导流槽以保证冷却水循环,并通过加强在线监控技术来优化设备运行状态。此外,磁力搅拌器在石油、化工、环保等领域具有广泛的应用价值,但其复杂工况下的故障处理不当可能导致反应釜严重损坏甚至失效。文章通过故障分析和解决措施的探讨,为提升设备可靠性提供了参考依据。

This paper introduces the internal structure and working principle of the magnetic stirrer in the vinegar reaction kettle in the polyester plant, analyzes the failures of the magnetic stirrer, such as bearing jamming, and puts forward solutions. The main fault is that the small particles produced during the reaction of the material block the lubrication holes of the bearing and wear the bearing, resulting in failure of the bearing. By adding a filter system, opening diversion grooves on the inner surface of the bearing to ensure the flow of cooling water, and strengthening online monitoring, equipment failures can be reduced.

The magnetic stirrer is especially suitable for stirring toxic liquids, corrosive liquids and many important liquids. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, environmental protection and other fields. At the same time, it also has the advantages of large transmission torque, small starting current, stable and safe operation, etc. . However, due to its application to some key technical issues, improper handling will cause serious failures or even failure of the reactor during operation.
