In order to ensure the product quality of the sprayed paint film, the author analyzes the factors affecting the paint film performance of the electrostatic coating line, and introduces the main factors affecting the paint film performance of the electrostatic coating line, including pretreatment concentration control, temperature control, electrostatic spraying parameters settings, the conductivity of the paint, and the outdoor temperature. The article analyzes from two aspects: the influence of each process parameter of the production line on the quality of the paint film; the influence of each parameter of the coating.
