Auto parts coating process

Generally, it should be divided into two processes: metal parts and glass fiber reinforced plastic parts.

①Metal parts process

Such as steel bumper, front cover and other parts, the process procedure is: phosphating → surface cleaning → spraying primer → drying (self-drying or drying) → scraping → putty (putty or other putty) → Drying → Scraping the second putty → Drying → Comprehensive grinding → Sweeping and wiping off → Scraping fine particles→Drying→Fine grinding and smoothing → Sweeping and wiping → Mid-spray painting → Drying → Looking for pockmarks → Comprehensive water grinding → Wipe off the water stains, dry or dry the water → Look for the numbness → Dry → Wash the numbness → Wash and dry → Wipe repeatedly → Spray topcoat → Dry→ Quality check.

②FRP parts process The difference between this process and the above process is that the surface is professionally roughened, the wax layer is ground and polished, and then the primer can be painted. The other point is that the primer needs to use acrylic epoxy plastic Primer, general anti-rust primer cannot be applied. The coating of other parts is the same as the above process.
