Car painting topcoat lame plating

In this example, the car is fully painted, but the color is required to be changed, and the user does not specify which color. Toning is properly done with the goal of a single vibrant red, but the curing agent needs to be dosed correctly. In this example, the viscosity is prepared in the range of 16 to 20s on the No. 4 Ford viscometer. The adjusted paint should be filtered before being added to the spray paint can.

When spraying the topcoat, first try to spray it to check whether there is any repulsion to the paint. If it is indicated that there is oil stain on the surface to be painted and it has not been cleaned, it needs to be cleaned effectively before spraying the topcoat. The sequence of topcoat spraying consists of the roof, trunk cover, tail, left side, engine cover, front end, and right side, and is sprayed twice in this order to cover two layers.

The running track of the Spray Gun needs to be kept parallel to the surface to be painted, and move left and right; the forward speed should be such that the traces of each spray should cover 1/2 or 1/3 of the width of the previous trace. Spray marks overlap in the left and right direction. Attention should be paid to better avoiding the joints between the plates; and then the overlap of the second spraying and the first overlap should be staggered to avoid uneven marks.
