Hypertherm HG Force Gauge calibrating method

Hypertherm Instruments HG push-pull gauge is a digital-display push-pull gauge, which needs to be calibrated before use. The following describes the specific calibration method of the HG push-pull gauge.

The calibration process needs to be handled carefully. The operation steps are as follows:

1. Choose an environment with no wind and no vibration source. In the off state, hold down the "Mode" button of Changan, and then press the "ON/OFF" button, and wait for the screen to display "dEFAU";

2. Release the button at this time, press the "Mode" button, the screen will display "USEr" and then press the "Settings" button to enter the basic on-point calibration;

3. After the data is stable, press the "Settings" button to complete the basic point calibration and enter the high point calibration;

4. Press the up and down arrow keys to select the force value to be applied and wait for the data to stabilize, then press the "Setting" key to complete the user calibration, and the instrument automatically enters the test interface.
