The construction plan and construction process must meet GB 50207-2002 "Code for Quality Acceptance of Roofing Engineering", GB 50345-2004 "Technical Specifications for Roofing Engineering", and the materials must meet GB/T 23446-2009 "Spray Polyurea Waterproof Coating", GB/T 19250-2003 "Polyurethane Waterproof Coating", JGJ/T 200-2010 "Technical Regulations for Spray Polyurea Waterproof Engineering" and other current national and industry standards.
In this transformation, polyurea and polyurethane materials are used to spray and cover the original roof and make corresponding node treatments. The main requirements are:
1) Primer: It is required to have better bonding strength with the original base;
2) Waterproof layer: The thickness of the polyurea waterproof coating layer is not less than 1.5 mm;
3) Surface layer: aliphatic polyurethane material, the thickness is not less than 0.2mm, and the color is RAL7035 water gray.

Material technical requirements
Spraying polyurea should meet the standard requirements of GB/T 23446-2009 "Spraying Polyurea Waterproof Coating", and the primer and surface coating should meet the "Interim Technical Conditions for Spraying Polyurea Waterproof Layer on Concrete Bridge Deck of Railway Bridges for Passenger Dedicated Lines".
