Uncertainty Analysis of Fast Moisture meter measurement
The moisture analyzer is an instrument that directly measures and analyzes the separation . According to the different measurement and analysis objects , the moisture analyzer that measures and analyzes the residual solids of the sample can also be called a solid content analyzer. According to the different display methods and measuring devices , the current moisture analyzers can be divided into analog display moisture analyzers and digital display moisture analyzers.
This article introduces a widely used ○Ⅱ grade analog display moisture meter (hereinafter referred to as the meter), which is composed of a lever balance principle and a mechanical measuring device with a differential scale. The actual division value of the analyzer is d=5mg, the verification division value e=5mg, and the direct reading range is (9~10)g.
