Code of use for coating rods
The correct operation of the coating rod affects the effect of coating. The following are the instructions for using the coating rod:
The first step is to prepare an appropriately sized substrate for proofing.
The second step is to fix the proofing baseplate.
The third step is to select the appropriate type of coating rod and place it on the edge of one end of the proofing substrate.
In the fourth step, the paint or varnish used for proofing is placed about 1cm below the coating stick. (Please control the dosage by yourself)
The fifth step is to hold both ends of the coating rod with both hands, and pull the rod in the direction of the operator at a constant speed and pressure. Please be careful not to turn the wire rod during the operation.
Step 6. After proofing, wash the wire rod in a suitable solvent and dry it with a cloth. Please note that the coating rod should be kept dry at all times.
The coating effect will also be affected by the solid content of the product, the elongation rate, etc. Please refer to the actual operation.
