Calibration is required during manufacture, that is, the specific value of the standard substance is used to determine the display value of the instrument.

When formulating test methods for product quality supervision and inspection and technical arbitration, it is necessary to conduct comparative experiments on various methods, and use standard materials to evaluate the pros and cons of the methods. When formulating standard methods and product standards, in order to obtain reliable data, reference materials are used as working standards.
