Preparation process of antifouling emulsion paint

When preparing the antifouling latex paint, first add water to the mixer, put in the antifungal agent and stir evenly. Then, add hydroxyethyl cellulose, stir evenly, and then use ammonia water to dissolve the hydroxyethyl cellulose into a uniform glue. Dissolve sodium hexametaphosphate with an appropriate amount and put it into the mixer, then put it into the anionic dispersant and stir evenly. Next, add some defoamers and film-forming aids, etc., and stir evenly, then add the prepared JZM-1 anti-staining agent, and then add all the color (filler) materials and stir evenly to obtain a mixed slurry. Grind the mixed slurry to about 30 μm with a small calender sand mill, use it to adjust the latex paint to an appropriate viscosity, then add an appropriate amount of defoamer according to the amount of foam in the material and stir slowly to defoam, and then the latex paint is obtained.
