(2) Preparation of white base paint for granite paint: raw materials and parts by weight ratio are 25-35 parts of water, 0.1-0.3 part of silicone oil as defoamer, 5-10 parts of 600-1000 purpose water-washed kaolin, 25-30 Parts of 600-1000 meshes of heavy calcium carbonate, 0.3-0.5 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.15-0.20 parts of polyacrylic acid ammonium salt as dispersant, 0.45-0.75 parts of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 25-35 parts of pure Acrylic elastic emulsion, 0.10-0.15 parts of amp-95, 5-10 parts of 5% concentration protective glue solution prepared by step (1), first add water in the mixing tank according to the above weight parts, and then add hydroxyethyl cellulose , stir until fully dissolved, then add dispersant polyacrylic acid ammonium salt, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, silicone oil, stir at 200-400r/min for 5 minutes to make it even, then add powder, namely water-washed kaolin and heavy calcium carbonate, Spin at 800-1200r/min and disperse at high speed for 30min Wallpaper paint with a particle size of 30μm, add pure acrylic elastic emulsion, stir at 200-400r/min for 5-10min, finally add 5% protective glue solution, stir evenly, and set aside;

(3) Toning of granite paint: According to the design requirements, use 100 parts by weight of the white base paint prepared in step (2) and 0.1-1.0 parts of color paste, stir evenly to imitate the old paint, and adjust it into a colored base paint. Single color, mixed color or multi-color are matched according to the above proportions to form base paints of various colors;

(4) Color paint granulation of granite paint: raw material and weight ratio are 20-30 parts of 5% concentration protective colloid solution, 40-50 parts of colored base paint, 25-30 parts of organic Silicone-grafted pure acrylic emulsion, 1.5-3.0 parts of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether film-forming aid, firstly mix the silicone pure acrylic emulsion and ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and mix well for later use, and then apply the relevant color base paint according to the design Sieve into the 5% concentration protective glue solution one by one, select 5-20 mesh for the screen mesh, and then mix in the spare materials prepared in this step, stir evenly to become the cost coating, and the viscosity will thicken obviously in the later stage, and a certain amount of amount of sodium pyrophosphate.
