Production Process:

1) Add 800 kg of water to the reactor, raise the temperature to 30-50 °C, add PVA while stirring, and then keep stirring to raise the temperature to about 98 °C, and keep the constant temperature for more than 30 minutes. Then add hydrochloric acid, adjust the pH value to 1.5, stir evenly, then add formaldehyde in the formula amount at one time, stir to start the reaction.

2) During the stirring process, pay attention to the reaction status at all times. After about 1 hour of reaction, white color will appear in the reactor, and then it will gradually thicken and flocs will appear. Observe the viscosity change in the reactor. When the viscosity gradually increases, and then Instantaneous water separation phenomenon, the viscosity of the reactant is extremely low at this time, indicating that the reaction is complete. At this time, immediately add caustic soda to neutralize hydrochloric acid, adjust the pH value to 6~7, and start cooling water to cool down at the same time, stir well and then add and measure. of urea.

3) Continue to keep warm for more than 30 minutes, keep the temperature at 50-60 ℃, slowly add polyacrylamide thickener while stirring, then make up the remaining water, and continue stirring for 30 minutes.
