After stirring, follow the formula Ratio Put the following raw materials into the batching kettle in turn: Fe2O3, anti-rust pigment, mica powder, aluminum tripolyphosphate, talc, barite, and it takes 40 minutes to finish adding, then accelerate (800r/min) stirring and dispersing for 30 minutes, after 30 minutes, Adjust the rotation speed to 450r/min, start the feeding pump, and drive the slurry into the next process;

(3) Start the feeding pump of the Grinder, and after the slurry overflows, start the Grinder (control the speed of the governor to 700r/min, the host to 800r/min), and grind the slurry; during the grinding process, control the temperature at 35 Below ℃, record the number of times of grinding and the fineness of the slurry for each grinding. When the fineness of the slurry is ≤45um, stop the grinding, start the feeding pump, and drive the slurry into the next process;

(4) Start the high-shear machine and shear the slurry for 20 minutes (shearing process, control the temperature below 40°C), at the same time start the slurry mixing kettle in the next process, and convert the alkyd modified styrene-acrylic resin Put it into the mixing tank and stir it for 20 minutes at a speed of 400-500r/min;

(5) Put the sheared slurry into the mixing tank, then slowly add propylene glycol, CS-12, preservatives, fungicides, triethanolamine and WT-105A, 113 (control pH below 9, viscosity In 22-23 seconds), continue to stir for 20 minutes after adding the material, and put it into the high-level storage tank;

(6) Use a 220-mesh vibrating filter, put the filtrate into the semi-finished product and put it into the kettle, start the agitator every day, stir for 30min (speed 400r/min), measure the viscosity every day (6 consecutive days);

(7) Put the feed liquid in the reaction kettle into the high-level storage tank, vibrate and filter it with 240 mesh, and measure the viscosity and fineness at the same time (control the fineness below 45um, and the viscosity is 25 seconds);

(8), Filling the finished product.
