Polyurethane paint production process

    The production process of polyurethane color paint generally includes four processes: batching, grinding, paint mixing, filtering and packaging. The production process procedures of various production enterprises at home and abroad are similar, and are consistent with the color paint production process of other types of coatings.

   From the point of view of the process design of the production site, there are two types of three-dimensional and plane layout. The use of three-dimensional production process layout can reduce labor intensity and facilitate sequence management, quality management and environmental pollution control. The color paint production process is shown in the figure.
