A method for preparing water-resistant putty powder, characterized in that: it is made of the following raw materials in parts by weight: white cement: 18 to 35 parts; palygorskite clay: 2.5 to 3.5 parts; bagasse: 3 to 8 parts; Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose: 0.5 to 1 part; Natural resin: 5 to 10 parts; Sodium alginate: 2.5 to 3.5 parts;

Concrete preparation steps:

A.Put the palygorskite clay in an earthen kiln for firing for 2 hours at a temperature of 280°C to 300°C, and set aside;

B.Soak the bagasse in deionized water for 1 hour, air-dry it, then place it in a steamer at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 60 minutes, add soda ash after cooling, the weight ratio of bagasse to soda ash is 10:1, and then put it Put it in a cooking and beating machine while cooking and beating at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes, then take it out, wash it and air-dry it to obtain bagasse fiber, which is ready for use;

C.The palygorskite clay and natural resin prepared in step A are put into a pulverizer for pulverization to obtain pulverized material;

D.Put the bagasse fiber prepared in step B, the pulverized material prepared in step C, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, and sodium alginate into a mixer, and stir for 2 minutes at a speed of 6000 rpm to obtain a mixture;

E. Put the mixture prepared in step D into a Grinder for grinding, and the fineness is 500 mesh.
