Water-based paint production process:

Zinc oxide, sodium pyrophosphate, β-naphthalenesulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, part of water→grinding→mixing (the remaining materials)→filtering→finished product

Water-based paint production process:

Mix and grind zinc oxide, sodium pyrophosphate, β-naphthalenesulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate and 1.88 parts of water (grind in a ball mill for 20 hours), then mix the obtained stable anti-corrosion pigment with the rest of the components, and filter to obtain a water-based paint.
