1) Pre-disperse titanium dioxide and pre-treat attapulgite;

2) Put various pretreated pigments and fillers, water, additives, etc. into the mixing tank according to the weight ratio, and after stirring at a high speed for 0.5~1.0 h, send it to the sand mill for 40~60 min to make the slurry reach the specified fineness. and then sent to the mixing tank;

3) Put the skeleton pigments, additives, etc. into the above mixing tank according to the weight ratio, and stir at a high speed for about 30 minutes to make it evenly mixed and become a slurry;

4) Under low-speed stirring, add the composite base material, additives, etc. into the above-mentioned slurry in a thin stream according to the weight ratio, and stir for about 30 minutes to make it evenly mixed to obtain the finished product.
