Process Analysis of Simultaneous Thermal Operation of Various Specifications of Steel Wire in Furnace

This paper mainly studies and analyzes the process of simultaneous thermal operation of steel wires of various specifications in the muffle furnace. The experimental results show that: the muffle furnace processes steel wires of various specifications at the same time. After adjusting the speed of the steel wires, the structure of the steel wires can be uniform and the performance is stable. After the treated steel wire is drawn, its performance can meet the requirements of steel wire for rope making. This process has practical significance for realizing the market demand of different brands and different specifications and greatly reducing the production cost.
