Experimental principle

By selecting two different brands of wire rod models with commonly used thickness of wet film in the market, scraping the film under the same sample/same experimental environment and the same substrate, after drying, using different brands of Coating Thickness Gauge to measure the thickness of dry film and coating effect, comparing imported US RDS brands and domestic (CN) brands Differences in film effect and film thickness accuracy.

The experimental process

1.1 Mold making process

1.1.1 In film: compare the actual effect of wet film after film

To highlight the authenticity, we illustrate with several videos shot on site

 

The performance in the wet film state is obvious. There are no scratches, wire drawing and other phenomena in the film process using RDS No. 11 and No. 18 wire rods. The whole plane is smooth and flat, and the overall film formation effect is good. Regardless of the use of domestic (CN) brand A25μm or brand B40μm, there is an obvious scratch/drawing phenomenon in the process of completing wet film Moulding.

1.1.2 After drying: compare the actual effect of the dry film after the film

Comparing the 4 dried Tinplates, the effect of film laminating on them can be seen with the naked eye. The coating prepared by RDS is very complete, and the surface does not have any wire drawing scratch phenomenon. The other two domestic (CN) brands have serious scratch drawing phenomenon. Analysis of experimental results

1/The data measured by different points shows that the data measurement of RDS at each point on the entire Tinplate is relatively uniform, and the other two brand data fluctuate greatly, which may be caused by the phenomenon of wire drawing, and also due to the selected domestic (CN) The rods are all formed, and the grooves formed by the extrusion process and the grooves formed by the wire winding process are different in shape. The process around Mayer-Rod follows the principle of Mayer-Bar, but in theory, the extrusion and wire winding should not be different except for the difference in the amount of Spreader. Miscellaneous should not be different. From this, it is inferred that the reason may exist in the process.
