The scratch adhesion test was carried out with reference to GB 1720-79 "Determination of Paint Film Adhesion". The experimental coating was epoxy paint, and the paint film was prepared by the method of serial coating with RDS wire rod Film Applicator. Use an adhesion Tester to draw a circular rolling , and evaluate the adhesion level according to the integrity of the paint film within the scratch range of the circular rolling line. Taking the upper side of the scratches on the sample as the inspection target, the inspection results are divided into seven grades. The level of adhesion is very good; the worst adhesion is level seven.

The cross-cut adhesion test is carried out with reference to GB/T 9286-1998 "Cross-cut test of paint and varnish coating film". The experimental coating epoxy paint is prepared by the method of serial coating with RDS wire rod Film Applicator. Use a single-edged cutter to cut a grid of 100 vertically intersecting 1mm*1mm on the surface of the paint film at three different positions on the surface of the tested sample that has been painted , and stick the grid surface with an adhesive tape. At an angle of about 60° to the contact surface, tear off the adhesive tape at a constant speed along the direction of the scratches, observe the peeling of the paint film at the intersection of the scratches, and grade it.
