Preparation case of high temperature resistant Varnish coating

Preparation of single-layer paint film coating: wipe the glass slide with absolute ethanol, place it in an oven for drying treatment, and use it for later use. Take an appropriate amount of varnish on the glass slide, use ZBQ-4 Film Applicator to coat the treated glass slide, keep the wet film thickness at 20μm, put the coated glass slide into a constant temperature Drying Oven to cure under certain conditions After solidification, take it out and cool it at room temperature.


Preparation of composite paint film coating: Put an appropriate amount of varnish on a clean glass slide, and use a ZBQ-4 Film Applicator to coat the film. The wet film thickness of each layer kept at 10 μm. After each coating film is completed, it needs to be solidified and cooled. Carry out the next coating film, after completing the fourth curing, take it out and cool to room temperature to obtain a four-layer composite paint film coating.


The resin systems used in the experiment are different, so the curing conditions selected are also different. The curing conditions of the polyurethane system are baked at 80 ℃ for 1 h, and the curing conditions of the epoxy resin system are baked at 150 ℃ for 1 h. The polyurethane modified silicone resin and epoxy The condition of modified silicone resin is to bake at 150°C for 1 hour, and the curing condition of pure silicone resin and polyester modified silicone resin system is to bake at 180°C for 1 hour.
