The performance requirements for touch screen inks are as follows:
Hardness requirements ; pencil 45 degrees (load 500g) up to 5H.
Adhesion : Grade 0 in 100-grid test.
Chemical resistance : Acetone back-and-forth rubbing test (hand rubbing) 50, the coating film does not fall off, soften or change color.
Poaching: After boiling in boiling water for 2 hours, there is no curl, peel off, let it stand for 10 minutes, and the 100-grid test is 0.
High temperature and high humidity test: temperature 60 degrees ± 2 degrees humidity 90 degrees ± 2 degrees 96 hours without abnormalities.
Resistance to ITO etching solution: The paint film does not fall off, does not bubble, and does not change color after 2 hours of resistance to ITO etching solution.
Adhesion between layers: Adhesion between two layers of ink, grade 0 in 100-grid test.
High temperature resistance: Baking at high temperature 280℃~300℃ for 80 minutes does not change color, does not crack, and has good physical and mechanical properties.
Continuous printing: Continuous printing of 200 pieces on the screen, no dry plate, blocked mesh, uneven ink.
Resistance value: more than 10 to the 10th power (6 volts).
Appearance: high hiding power, smooth coating film, no light leakage and no perforation when facing the light, no jagged edges of ink, smooth lines.
