Discussion and analysis on the high-temperature performance of nickel-based alloys used in muffle furnaces. From the analysis of test results, under different test conditions, the high-temperature oxidation resistance and carbonization resistance of different nickel-based heat-resistant alloys are compared, and different composition systems are studied. Influencing factors of long-term high-temperature performance of base heat-resistant alloys. Alloys with high content of Al, Ni and Cr are easy to form oxide protective film, which hinders the diffusion of substances and improves the high temperature oxidation resistance of materials.
