Trace moisture determination tests are generally used in petroleum, electric power, chemical industry and other industries. For this reason, we have specially manufactured an instrument for trace moisture - trace moisture analyzer. In order to ensure the success of the test and the accuracy of the test results, we must pay special attention to some problems during the test.
The conditions for placing and storing samples, the quality of sample extraction, etc. will all have a certain impact on the test results, and the following points should be noted:
1. The sample should be stored in a suitable sealing device: sealed and stored to prevent the moisture in the air from affecting the sample.
2. Fully stir the sample: When sampling, the sample should be fully stirred to make the sample uniform.
3. Before sample injection, there should be no air bubbles in the sample: remove the air bubbles in the sample before sample injection.
4. The error of the time of two parallel tests: when two parallel tests are performed, the length of the interval time will affect the test results, and the time interval between the two parallel tests should be shortened as much as possible.
5. The influence of moisture in the air: the pollution of moisture in the air will cause errors in the measurement results, and the influence of moisture in the air on the test should be avoided as much as possible.
1. The measurement time of the electrolyte is too long, and the sensitivity decreases: the electrolyte should be replaced with a new one.
2. Moisture is adsorbed on the inner wall of the titration tank: turn off the power, take down the titration bottle, slowly tilt and shake it, so that the water on the inner wall of the bottle is absorbed into the electrolyte, then put it back and turn on the power again for titration. Repeat several times.
3. The ceramic filter plate in the cathode chamber is adsorbed with water: the measuring electrode and the cathode chamber can be taken out and cleaned with acetone several times, and then soaked in acetone solution overnight (be careful not to immerse the electrode lead), and then in 60 ℃ oven for 24 hours, take it out and put it in a desiccator, and then use it after cooling.
4. The seal and rubber pad of each accessory interface are aging: they should be replaced with new ones.
