How to choose the right Electronic Balance according to your needs?

How to choose an electronic balance?   The technology of electronic balance is getting higher and higher, and the application of electronic balance in various industries is becoming more and more extensive. Electronic Balance not only has very high precision, but also has many uses. Before we buy electronic balance, we need to Have a certain understanding of the relevant basic knowledge of electronic balances. With a certain understanding, you can better purchase and use electronic balances:

How to choose a suitable electronic balance according to your needs? Picture 1

1. Pan size: As the name implies, it means the size of the electronic balance weighing platform. When we weigh items, the size of the object to be weighed must not exceed the size of the table;

2. The maximum weighing range Max : refers to the maximum division value that the electronic balance can display; the minimum weighing Min: the minimum division value that the electronic balance can achieve in terms of accuracy. The weight of the object being weighed must be greater than the minimum weighing value; it must also be less than the maximum weighing value;

3. The main functions of the electronic balance: weighing, tare, zeroing, pricing, accumulation, counting, accumulation, percentage, average value, high-low limit alarm, computer input interface, print input interface, display input interface, storage/memory function , Electronic Balance unit of measurement selection. Power supply method: exchange, DC, AC/DC, etc.

The above three points are the most basic concepts of electronic balances. While we understand these knowledge, we also need to understand the following points:

1. According to the approximate weight of the object to be weighed in daily use: if we usually weigh dozens of kilograms of items, we can choose an electronic platform scale of 10 kilograms (it is more appropriate to say that the weight of the object should be in the middle of the maximum weighing value) . Selecting close to the maximum weighing may damage the sensor, which will cause unnecessary economic losses. If the selection is too large, it will affect the accuracy of weighing.

2. According to the function of the electronic balance: if we need to calculate the number of items, we can choose the electronic balance for counting; if we need to weigh the quantitatively packaged items, we generally choose the electronic balance for weighing.

3. According to the nature of the item being weighed: For example, an item with high economic value should choose an electronic balance with very high accuracy. For example, if weighing gold or jewelry, an electronic balance with an accuracy of 0.1 mg or 1 mg should be selected. For weighing eggs, we generally choose a pricing balance with one percent accuracy.
