2. Clean the outside of the Incubator in time and keep it clean and dust-free. Use disinfectant water to effectively clean the inner tank of the Incubator once a week. Change different varieties of disinfectant water every quarter to avoid the emergence of drug-resistant bacteria.

3. When the lighting in the box is abnormal, the lighting fixtures should be replaced in time.

4. The performance verification of this equipment should be carried out once a year.

5. Observe whether the temperature of the Incubator meets the regulations every day. If abnormalities are found, ask professionals to repair them in time.

Second, the maintenance and maintenance of the light Incubator:

1. The Incubator should be placed in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from heat and sunlight. Place it stably to prevent vibration and noise.

2. The shell of the Incubator should be reliably grounded.

3. When the Incubator is being transported, repaired and maintained, it should avoid collision, shaking and vibration, and the maximum inclination should be less than 45 degrees.

4. In order to ensure the effective heat dissipation of the condenser, the distance between the condenser and the wall should be greater than 100mm, there should be a gap of 50mm on the side of the box, and at least 300mm on the top of the box.

5. When the Incubator is working in refrigeration, it is not appropriate to make the difference between the temperature in the Incubator and the ambient temperature greater than 25 degrees.

6. The instrument suddenly does not work, please check whether the fuse tube is burnt out, and check the power supply.

3. Maintenance of shaking Incubator:

1. The compressor should avoid continuous starting.

2. The bearing of the transmission part has been filled with a proper amount of grease before leaving the factory. During the continuous operation of the instrument, the grease should be filled every six months. The filling amount accounts for about 1/3 of the bearing space.

3. During the continuous operation of the instrument, a regular inspection should be done every three months; check the fuse, control components and fastening screws, and whether there are water droplets, dirt, etc. falling on the motor and control components.
