YT-MC rubbing resistance testing machine is a device used to evaluate the abrasion resistance of the ink layer of paper decoration printed matter, and can evaluate the abrasion resistance of the ink.

1. Prepare 80g/m2 clean offset paper, cut into a number of friction papers with a width of 50mm and a length of about 300mm for testing purposes. It is required that one piece of friction paper can only be used for one test.
2. Cut the sample to be tested into a sample paper with a width of 60mm and a length of more than 250mm that can be fixed between the fixtures of the friction testing machine.
3. Take off the grinding head with standard weight (see Figure 1), tighten the clamping handle with both hands, clamp the prepared friction paper into the grinding head, and straighten the friction paper to be flush with the grinding head.
4. Loosen the sample clamp, place the sample paper on the sample table and tighten the clamp screw.
5. Put the grinding head with friction paper back into the friction testing machine and check whether it is fixed.
6. Plug in the power supply, set the number with the counter, select the number of times you want to rub (usually 40 times), and press the "OK" button.
7. Press the "test" button on the panel of the instrument, the machine starts to work, after reaching the set number of times, the machine stops automatically, and the sample is removed for observation.
8. After the machine stops automatically, just press the "Reset" button on the counter, and the machine can run again.
