YT-TD23 Stiffness Sampler is a special sampling device for stiffness and crease testing. It can be used to cut two samples of 70 × 38 and 38 × 36. It is a supporting crease stiffness Tester and microcomputer bending stiffness Tester. instrument for sampling.
Preparation of stiffness test pieces
(1) Sampling size: 70×(38±0.2) mm
Sample cutting operation: put the sample close to the top of the knife edge, lay it flat on the plane of the paper cutting base, press the sample with the left hand, hold the handle with the right hand and push down slightly, and then the stiffness sample can be cut out.
2 Preparation of crease stiffness specimens
(1) Sampling size: (38±0.3)×36 mm
Crease Stiffness Specimen Preparation:

(1) First cut the sample into a size of about 80×50 (note that the direction of the crease is 50, (2) and the crease is about the middle of the direction of 80), when placed, the direction of the crease is perpendicular to the direction of the handle, and press it with the left hand Sample, press the handle with the right hand to cut the sample (Figure 1);
(3) Align the crease with the reference line, and press the handle to cut off the excess (Picture 2).
(4) Rotate the sample to be cut by 180 degrees, align the left end table with the left hand to fix the sample when placing it, and press the handle with the right hand to cut out the crease stiffness sample (Figure 3).
The operator should be familiar with the instruction manual, strictly abide by the operating procedures, and do the following maintenance work:
1. Always keep the instrument clean, and cover it to prevent dust when it is not in use for a long time.
2. When the instrument breaks down, please ask a professional to check and eliminate it. Do not work with a disease, so as not to affect the accuracy of the instrument.
3. Adhere to periodic verification and maintain the excellent technical condition of the instrument. The verification cycle is generally one year.
