YT-H152 Ring Pressure Sampler Operation Manual

YT-H152 ring pressure sampler is a special sampling device required for cardboard ring compressive strength test (RCT).

Operation steps and precautions

1. Sampling

1.1 Take and process samples according to GB450 "Taking Paper and Cardboard Samples".

1.2 According to the vertical and horizontal direction of the sample, cut out a positioning reference edge on the general-purpose cutter.

1.3 Place the positioning datum edge against the inner side of the positioning block of the sampler, press the operating handle, and cut out a sample.

1.4 Push the sample to the right to cut off the next sample.

1.5 Take out the sample from the lower part of the sampler for later use.

2. Matters needing attention

2.1 It is strictly forbidden to put your hands into the lower knife groove to prevent injury.

2.2 This sampler is only used to cut paper and cardboard samples with a thickness of less than 1mm, and shall not be used to cut metal sheets and other hard objects, so as not to damage the knife edge.

2.3 There are strict requirements on the gap between the upper and lower cutters of the sampler, so do not disassemble it at will.

2.4 If you find "knives" during use (the upper knife cannot enter the lower knife smoothly, there are rubbing and touching phenomena), stop using it immediately, and ask professional maintenance personnel to check and repair.

maintenance

1) Keep the sampler clean, and use a soft cloth to remove surface dust and paper scraps after use.

2) A small amount of lubricating oil should be added to the moving parts of the sampler from time to time.

3) When it is not used for a long time, it should be covered with a dustproof cover.
