• Unplug the power adapter from the socket and, if an interface cable is connected to the balance port, unplug the cable.

• Clean the balance with a cloth dampened with a mild detergent (soap).

• After cleaning, wipe the balance dry with a soft dry cloth, take out the weighing pan and clean it.

• Pick up the weighing pan and pan support to make sure there is no damage to the weighing system.

* Do not allow liquids to enter the balance housing

* Do not use corrosive cleaning agents (solvents, etc.)

All stainless steel parts need to be cleaned frequently. Take out the stainless steel weighing pan for effective cleaning, and clean the stainless steel parts in the balance with a damp cloth or sponge. Use only household cleaners . Wipe the stainless steel surface clean and then rinse effectively to make sure all residue is removed. Then balance the balance. If necessary, oil can be applied to the cleaned stainless steel surface as a protection. Solvents should only be used on stainless steel parts.

Huazhi Company implements three guarantees for the series of electronic balances.

Batteries and sensors are not covered by the warranty.

Huazhi Company guarantees that the above-mentioned products will provide warranty service on materials and workmanship within one year from the date of purchase under normal use .

During the above-mentioned warranty period, if the damage is caused by materials or workmanship, the company will repair or replace the damaged parts for free. If the product needs to be repaired, please contact the local Huazhi office for repair matters.

The scope of warranty does not cover damage caused by failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions and wrong operation, and also does not cover any damage caused by changes or repairs to the product by personnel not approved by the company.

Huazhi Tianping's warranty responsibilities are as described above. Huazhi Company will not be responsible for any related or incidental damages caused to the product due to obvious or willful violation of warranty terms.

HUAZHI guarantee that under proper using situation, HUAZHI provide one year  repairing service include material and technical support after selling date.

In Guarantee period, if machine broken or damage because of material or  techniques, HUAZHI will repair or replace the problem parts which has been  proven. Please contact HUAZHI Local office when machine need repairing.

The Guarantee will be inefficacy with wrong operating and not according to  the operating manual. The Guarantee Card will be inefficacy with any damage  or broken by unauthorized person's repairing or replacement.

HUAZHI is not in charge with apparent or intentional disobeying the guarantee  「ule which cause machine any relevant or accidentally broken.The responsibility  of HUAZHI Guarantee is as above.
