UV-A UV Irradiometer Instructions

The instrument is composed of two parts, the UV probe UV365 (or UV420) and the reading unit, which are connected by a plug and a socket through a cable. The functions of the buttons on the left side of the reading unit are as follows:

Power Press this button to turn on the power, lift this button to turn off the power.

Keep pressing this key for data hold state, lift this key for data sampling state (should be lifted during measurement).

Press this key when UV365 uses 365 probe to measure (at the same time, the "UV420" key should be lifted).

Press this key when UV420 uses 420 probe to measure (the "UV365" key should be lifted at the same time).

operate

• When measuring ultraviolet irradiance, first press the "power" button, and then press the "UV365" (or "UV420") button and the selected range button according to the measurement needs (note: "UV365" and "UV420" Do not press the two keys at the same time), then insert the corresponding 365 probe (or 420 probe) into the jack of the reading unit, open the probe cover, and place the photosensitive surface of the probe at the position to be tested. At this time, the product of the number displayed on the display window and the range factor is the irradiance value (unit: μW/cm2). If you want to keep the measurement data, you can press the "Hold" button (note: you can't press the "Hold" button before pressing the range button). After the reading is completed, the "Hold" key should be lifted to return to the sampling state. After the measurement, lift the power button (off).

• If only "1" is displayed at the left end of the display window, it means that the irradiance value is overloaded, or that the " Hold , and you should press a larger range button or lift the "Hold" key for correct operation.

• When the "LOBAT" or "←" symbol appears on the upper left of the display window, the internal battery should be replaced.

Long-term storage of the instrument should be in a clean environment with temperature (0-40) ℃ and humidity <85%RH to avoid damage caused by strong vibration or falling.

Within one year of leaving the factory, if the failure is not caused by improper use and maintenance, our factory will repair or replace it free of charge.

For the instruments that need to be re-inspected or repaired after one year, our factory provides preferential services.
