operation method

1. Place the stirrer stably, turn the left and right knobs to the OFF position, connect the power cord, and plug in the power supply;

2. Put the beaker containing the liquid medicine in the middle of the Heating Plate, and put in a stirrer, the left knob is the speed control and power switch, turn it to ON, and slowly adjust clockwise, so that the stirrer in the beaker reaches required rotational speed;

3. The knob on the right is the heating switch, which can set the temperature of the Heating Plate, and the small knob in the middle can set the temperature of the liquid. The liquid needs to be added

When thermally controlling the temperature, first connect the two lead wires of the sensor to the two terminals at the back of the machine (the colors correspond to each other), insert the sensor into the liquid medicine, and fix it on the benchmark, turn on the heating switch, set the temperature of the Heating Plate, and convert the measurement setting When the switch is up, the display window displays the value of the liquid set temperature, which is adjusted by the liquid temperature knob according to the needs, and then the switch is turned down, the display window displays the temperature measured by the sensor, the temperature rise indicator light is on, and the Heating Plate is energized for heating. When the liquid reaches the set temperature, the Heating Plate will automatically stop heating. If heating is not required, but temperature measurement is required, please adjust the set temperature of the liquid to be lower than room temperature, turn the switch down, and turn the heating switch to the ON position.

The set temperature of the liquid, the contact surface between the bottom surface of the beaker and the Heating Plate, and the ambient temperature are related to the ambient temperature. Therefore, at the beginning, the difference should be smaller. If the constant value does not rise, or has a downward trend, it means that the set temperature of the Heating Plate is too low. Conversely, if the digitally displayed temperature is still rising after the indicator light goes off, and exceeds the set temperature, it means that the set temperature of the Heating Plate is too high and can be adjusted appropriately.

5. After using the agitator, turn the left and right knobs to the OFF position and unplug the power. After cooling, clean the exterior and keep it in a safe place.

Precautions

1. The power socket should be well grounded;

2. When the machine is in use, the liquid medicine in the beaker should not be too full, so as not to overflow when stirring;

3. The temperature of the Heating Plate is very high when it is working, so the power cord and thermometer leads should be kept away from, let alone touched;
