Chijiu 81-2 Constant Temperature Magnetic Stirrer Instruction Manual with Figure 1

The magnetic stirrer is driven by a brushless DC motor, with good speed regulation performance, stable speed and strong stirring force. The heating power is steplessly adjustable, and the mercury thermometer at the distribution point can automatically control the heating temperature. It is widely used in chemical, medical and other scientific research, teaching and other fields.

Instructions

1. Place the stirrer stably, put the beaker containing the liquid medicine in the middle of the working plate (electric furnace), put a suitable stirring bar in the beaker, and make it in the middle of the beaker, and turn the two knobs counterclockwise to the minimum , plug in the power, turn on the power switch (turn down), the power indicator light is on, turn on the stirring switch, and the stirring indicator is on.

2. Slowly rotate the speed control knob clockwise to make the stirring bar in the beaker rotate from slow to fast to stir the liquid medicine until the required stirring speed:

3. When the liquid medicine needs to be heated, turn the button switch on the back of the machine down, the temperature rise indicator light is on, the electric furnace is energized to generate heat, the heating power of the electric furnace is adjusted by the temperature adjustment knob, and the scale only indicates the rotation angle.

4. If automatic temperature control is required, the two lead wires of the electric contact mercury thermometer (prepared by the user) can be connected to the two terminal posts on the back of the machine. The thermometer is inserted into the beaker liquid and fixed on the meter rod. When the temperature is lower than the preset temperature, it will automatically stop heating, and when the temperature is lower than the preset temperature, it will automatically resume heating, so as to achieve automatic temperature control;

Note: The electric furnace has a certain thermal inertia, that is, when the electric furnace is heated to the preset temperature, the electric furnace has been turned off, but the remaining heat will still heat the liquid to make it warm up, which will affect the temperature control accuracy. At this time, the heating power can be appropriately reduced and the temperature can be adjusted Turn the knob clockwise to increase the heating power, and turn it counterclockwise to decrease the heating power:

5. After use, unplug the power supply, and store it after cooling down and cleaning the appearance.

Precautions

1. The power socket should be well grounded;

2. The machine should avoid being used in a humid environment;

3. When the machine is in use, the liquid medicine in the beaker should not be too full to prevent it from overflowing during stirring;

4. This machine cannot be used as an electric furnace alone.
