Instruction manual for Chijiu D2010W constant temperature magneticstirrer

Chijiu D2010W constant temperature magnetic stirrer is driven by a DC three-phase brushless motor, which has no spark, high efficiency, large torque, and very small temperature rise of the motor. It can adapt to high-viscosity liquid stirring, and the stirring speed is digitally displayed.

Instructions

1. Installation: Install the column into the base and tighten it, tighten the screws, install the ten-byte on the column, and insert the cross-bar of the host into the ten-byte to fix;

2. Install the stirring rod before use. The stirring rod can be directly loaded into the chuck for clamping, but the straightness of the stirring rod must be ensured, and a flexible connecting shaft can be used to connect the stirring rod;

3. Before starting the machine, first put the power switch in the off position, turn the knob counterclockwise to the minimum, then plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch, the built-in indicator light of the switch is on, and the speed display is "0000", slowly adjust the knob clockwise to required speed.

Precautions

1. When the stirrer is used, it should be accelerated slowly from slow to fast. If the straightness of the stirring rod is poor, the speed cannot be fast or the flexible connecting shaft is used and the middle is fixed with a support sleeve.

2. Please do not get too close when the mixer is working, so as to avoid dangers such as clothes and hair being involved;

Prevent liquid from splashing when stirring.
