1. Digital display window: the left display window, in the standby state, displays the temperature of the Heating Plate to remind the user whether it is accessible; in the working state, it can switch to display the temperature of the liquid and the Heating Plate; the right display window, displays the stirring speed and Timing.

2. Indicator lights: On both sides of the display window, there are four function indicator lights for speed, time, temperature, and furnace temperature, as well as two working indicator lights for stirring and heating. Function indicator light, indicating the meaning of the number, the working indicator light indicates the working and stopping status, such as when the temperature rise indicator light is on, the Heating Plate is powered on, and when the stirring indicator light is on, the stirrer function starts...

3. Buttons: the setting button is used for setting and switching, the up button and down button are used to modify the set value, the stirring button is used to start and stop stirring, and the heating button is used to start and stop heating.

Instructions

1. Before use, insert the power cord and temperature sensor into the corresponding socket on the back of the machine, then place the stirrer stably, place the beaker in the middle of the Heating Plate, put a stirring bar in the beaker, and insert the temperature sensor into the liquid in the beaker. Fix it on the bracket at the same time, connect the power supply, turn on the power switch (the power switch is set on the lower left side of the panel), the speed and furnace temperature indicator light is on, and the right display window shows the factory set speed (or the set speed when it was used last time) , the left display window shows the real-time Heating Plate temperature.

2. Setting: When using, the user can set the stirring speed and temperature according to the needs, press the setting button to make the number on the right display window jump, press the up or down button to set the required stirring speed, and then press the setting button, the time The indicator light is on, and the same method is used to set the time required for timing (if no timing is required, it can be set to "0"), and then press the setting button, the furnace temperature indicator light is on, and the left display window displays 350 (factory setting Heating Plate temperature ), there is no special situation, no need to set again (note), press the set button again, the temperature indicator light will be on, and the left display window will display the factory set liquid temperature (or the set temperature at the time of last use), use the same method as above to set Set the temperature of the liquid, press the setting button again, the setting is completed, and all the set data can be saved after power off. (Note: If it is not started after setting, the setting will be invalid. The timing time needs to be set after power-on and before starting to be valid. If it has been started, the setting will be invalid.)

Note: Furnace temperature, also known as safe temperature, is factory set to 350°C. During work, the microprocessor can automatically adjust at any time according to actual needs, so as to precisely control the liquid temperature, so it is generally not necessary to reset, but in case of Since the ignition point of the experimental sample is very low, the furnace temperature should be set lower than the ignition point of the sample to prevent accidental fire.

3. Working operation: After the setting is completed, first press the stirring button, the indicator light is on, the stirring function starts, the agitator gradually accelerates to the set speed, press the heating button, the indicator light is on, the heating function is started, the temperature rise indicator light is on, the temperature indicator light is on, and the left display The window displays the liquid temperature.

During work, press the setting button to scroll and switch to display the speed, timing remaining time, temperature, and hob.

During work, press the up or down key to modify the stirring speed directly. When the key is pressed, the modified set speed will be displayed. One second after releasing it, the real-time speed will be displayed. After reaching the modified set speed, it will stabilize and the modified setting The rotation speed is saved until power off.

When the stirrer finishes working, it will give out a "beep" sound, and stop working, and it is in standby mode.

4. This stirrer cannot be used as an electric furnace alone. When the stirrer is working, the stirring function needs to be started first, and then the heating function can be started. If the stirring stops, the heating will stop automatically. If the temperature setting is high, the stirring speed should not be too low, so as to facilitate the air flow in the machine and reduce the overheating of electronic components in the machine. If no external sensor is connected, it cannot be heated. If you press the heating button at this time, the stirrer will alarm and turn off. stalled. At this time, the power switch should be turned off, and then restarted.

Precautions

1. The power socket should be well grounded.

2. When the stirrer is heating and stirring, the temperature of the Heating Plate is very high. Do not touch it to prevent burns. The power cord and sensor lead should also be kept away from the Heating Plate.

3. When operating and stirring, the liquid should be prevented from spilling on the instrument, and the appearance of the instrument should be cleaned after each use. Damage caused by corrosion is not covered by the warranty.
