Chijiu S312 Series Constant Speed Stir Operation Instructions

The constant-speed agitator adopts a three-phase AC induction motor, and the speed is adjusted by an imported frequency converter. The motor torque is not affected by the speed. The large chassis, three columns, and multiple sliders are applicable to a wider range of applications, and the speed is digitally displayed.

Instrument installation

1. Insert the pole into the base hole and tighten the M6 ​​set screw;

2. Install the motor bracket into the mounting hole of the upper slider;

3. Put the electrical box on the top of the pole, and tighten the fixing screws;

4. Connect the plug on the motor with the socket under the inverter box. When connecting, you need to align the position (the concave and convex grooves are aligned), and push the back of the plug with a little force. locking.

5. Plug in the power plug, turn on the power switch, and adjust the knob to choose the appropriate speed.

6. Loosen the left and right knobs of the upper slider to adjust the up, down, front and back positions of the motor, the middle slider to adjust the up, down, left and right positions of the bottle clamp, and the lower slider to adjust the up and down, left and right positions of the tray.

7. The diameter of the standard glass stirring rod is generally 6-6.5cm, insert it into the chuck hole, tighten the chuck with both hands, and it can be used. If the stirring rod is thinner, tape can be added appropriately, and then the chuck can be inserted.

Instructions for use

1. After the stirring rod is clamped, it needs to be rotated by hand. If the concentricity is not good, the heavy clamp should be released. After clamping, turn on the power and gradually accelerate from slow to fast.

2. If the stirring rod itself can be guided, a piece of rubber tube can be used to connect the stirring rod with the motor shaft softly, and it is enough to transmit the torque.

3. The temperature rise of the motor shell is allowed to be 45°C, that is, the shell temperature in summer is not higher than 75°C, which is normal. If the temperature of the motor exceeds 45°C, most of the reasons are caused by overloading. Shrinking the blades of the stirring rod and increasing the speed can reduce the temperature rise. (Motor temperature rise is highest at medium speed)

4. The overheating of the motor is mostly caused by the heavy load. Please pay attention to the rotation diameter of the stirring rod blade. 40W: 4-6cm, 60W: 4-6cm, 90W: 6-9cm When the viscosity of the liquid is high, the fins are appropriately reduced.

Precautions

1. The power supply needs to be connected to a three-hole socket with protective grounding for safety.

2. When inserting or pulling out the plug of the seven-core motor, the power supply needs to be cut off;

3. The agitator should be placed on a flat workbench;

4. The agitator runs for a long time at the lowest speed, and the motor is prone to heat, so try to avoid working for a long time at low speed.

5. If the indicator light does not light up after turning on the power, please check whether the fuse at the bottom of the inverter is broken, and replace it according to the original specification.
