TIGER LT Series Handheld VOC Detectors

TIGERLT is a portable Gas Detector using photoionization technology for the detection of a wide range of potentially toxic and explosive Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs).

The TIGERLT uses a Photoionization Detector (PID) to measure gas concentrations. Patented fence electrode technology effectively reduces the effects of moisture and contamination, reducing the need for compensation settings.

Like previous models, TIGERLT also has an intuitive graphical interface design, making it easier for users to set up the instrument. The user can use two soft keys (A and B) to perform various operations, allowing access to many different functions without entering the main menu. This greatly improves usage efficiency, especially for repetitive tasks.

TIGER PCLT (PC software) uses the same graphic notation, retaining the intuitive design and interface. TIGER PC also helps to manage data file records and set up multiple instruments in a clear and concise manner.

TIGERLT uses a lithium-ion battery pack, which not only has a good run time, but also has a short charging time, and the battery pack can also be replaced in potentially hazardous environments. Replacement alkaline batteries (non-rechargeable) are also provided in case recharging is not possible.

TIGERLT has a true USB function, which can directly connect the device to a PC personal computer using a standard USB cable, while providing fast data download.

Features loud audio output, vibration function and bright LED lights to indicate alarm status. Orange and red LED lights represent "high" and "low" status respectively. TIGER PCLT also adopts this color setting in the data record, providing a clear indication of the alarm level.

TIGERLT accurately detects gas concentrations from 0 to 5,000 ppm and has a minimum sensitivity down to 0.1 ppm, with the fastest response time on the market of only 2 seconds and clears data quickly. Its special point logging can store up to 80,000 data points in 128 user-selectable areas.


The instrument is easy to use and maintain, with the user in mind. Thanks to the innovative intrinsically safe design, the battery can be replaced even in explosive atmospheres. Inexpensive filters and bulbs are easily replaced in seconds, minimizing instrument downtime. The battery has a fast charging time, fully charging the instrument in just six hours.


TIGERLT supports easy one-handed operation, even with very thick gloves. It features a durable design with a removable protective rubber boot to withstand the harshest environments.

The large, clear backlit display ensures easy viewing of the screen in any lighting condition. An integrated flashlight helps to get the instrument probe into dimly lit areas. When the light is low, the illuminated keypad instantly glows.
