Magnetic transmission technology is mainly a new technology that achieves non-contact transmission of force or torque through the magnetic force between permanent magnets. The device that achieves this technology is called a magnetic drive. The magnetic drive consists of three parts: inner and outer magnetic rotors and a spacer. The inner and outer magnetic rotors are completely isolated by the spacer (that is, the inner and outer magnetic rotors do not touch). The outer magnetic rotor is driven by a motor, and uses magnetic force to drive the inner magnetic rotor to rotate to complete non-contact torque transmission. The inner magnetic rotor is integrated with the shaft and the stirring blade to achieve the purpose of stirring [1]. The isolation sleeve and the agitator cavity are statically sealed, and the slurry is sealed in the isolation sleeve. The outer magnetic rotor rotates under the drive of the motor, and the magnetic field lines pass through the isolation sleeve to drive the inner magnetic rotor to rotate, and finally the inner magnetic rotor drives the shaft and the blades to rotate. To put it simply, the spacer sleeve is fixed, the motor drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate, and through the action of magnetic force transmission, it drives the inner magnetic rotor to move, and at the same time drives the sliding bearings and paddles in the inner magnetic rotor [2].
