This paper is mainly based on the research on the influence of different process factors on the amount of electrolytic silicon coating, and on the basis of the electrolytic coating thin layer (nano-scale ) 510: The mechanism was initially discussed and analyzed. This paper introduces the intermediate conductor method used in the actual production application of the experimental simulation in this research, uses different test methods to analyze and discuss the mechanism of electrolytic silicon coating, and draws from the experimental conclusion: the adsorption nature and 510: Spatial distribution on the surface of the steel plate, and explain the reasons for the difference in the amount of silicon coated on both sides of the negative and positive sides of the steel plate.
