In the chemical industry, the dispersion process is an important link. Tridispersion: It is the permanent separation of particles by moving the wetted raw material particles into a liquid medium. 

Traditional dispersing and grinding machines have always been dominated by three-drum and ball mills. Since the advent of the vertical sand mill invented by DuPont in the United States to improve the slow production of traditional ball mills in 1952, grinding and dispersing machines have entered a new era. In 1966, European scientists developed a horizontal sand mill to further improve the shortcomings of the vertical sand mill. In addition to retaining the advantages of the vertical sand mill, it also adopted a forced separation automatic cleaning device to increase the filling rate of the grinding beads. With the advantages of no pollution, energy saving, and no noise, it became the mainstream of dispersing and grinding machines at that time.
