The surface defects of hot-rolled steel sheets after cold rolling mainly include defects such as holes, iron oxide scale indentation, peeling and edge cracks. In order to provide references for steelworks, Hot Plate production plants and cold plate production plants to determine the process links of some product defects, resolve quality objections, and clarify the responsibilities of each unit, the author analyzes the causes of various defects, and puts forward corresponding preventive measures.
