client needs

The surface of the product is non-magnetic, and the materials are iron, aluminum and copper. The process is to galvanize the surface of the part, the thickness of the zinc layer, and a layer of lubricating protective layer after galvanizing, and measure the thickness of the protective layer. The thickness of the zinc layer is 5 microns, and the thickness of the surface treatment protective layer is 2-3 microns, which are separately identified and calculated.

The FNDS probe can measure the thickness of paint and zinc layer in the composite coating system at the same time, and display it with one reading.
