Adhesive coating prepared by RDS wire rod film

Preparation of adhesive coating

Dilute the adhesive used in the experiment to 10mass% solid content with ethyl acetate, and then evenly coat a small amount on the 50μm BOPP film with a wire rod of RSD4 (coating thickness about 7μm), evaporate at room temperature, and bake at 120°C Dry for 1 hour to obtain the adhesive coating. The coating performance can be tested.

Peel Strength Test

According to GB/T2791-1995, cut the BOPP film into 200mm×25mm sample strips. Dilute the adhesive product obtained in 2.5.1 to a solid content of 10mass%, and then use a 7μm wire rod to evenly coat the sample strip with a coating length of 150mm. Then thermally compound it with another sample strip to obtain the test sample. The processing temperature is 120°C (except for the effect of processing temperature on the peel strength), the pressure is 0.5MPa, and the pressing time is 1.0s. The test sample is shown in Figure 4-1.
