The motor system mainly includes the motor, the driven device, the transmission system, the control system and the pipe network load, etc. The motor system converts electrical energy into mechanical energy through the motor, and then the driven device performs work to realize various functions required. This paper describes the performance test and data processing system of the Air Compressor system based on the introduction of the energy efficiency status of the motor system in my country and the Air Compressor system. And it is concluded from the system analysis that using the system method to test and analyze the performance of the Air Compressor system plays an important role in improving the energy efficiency of the Air Compressor system. The motor system includes the motor, the driven device, the transmission control system and the pipe network load. Its power consumption accounts for about 60% of the national power consumption and 80% of the industrial power consumption. Among them, fans, pumps and Air Compressors Electricity consumption accounts for 10.4%, 20.9% and 9.4% of the national electricity consumption respectively [1].
